Success is not only about talent and hard work; it's also about the habits we cultivate in our lives while we grow up. Few of them are like:

  • Setting Clear Goals

  • Prioritizing Self-Care (i.e. Health)

  • Practicing Continuous Learning (i.e. Knowledge)

  • Diversifying Income (i.e. Money)

  • Developing Strong Relationships

  • Preserving work-life balance

  • Take Action and Persist

  • Establishing an effective network

Today, when I sit back and recollect my experiences over times, I realize that there are actually 'three' major pillars on which any 'success story' stands. Those are Education, Health and Financial Wealth (i.e. money), clubbed with Luck.

Each pillar if cultivated well, can help develop extraordinary abilities that can support any individual to experience 'success' in there lives. To elaborate my statement, let me take each pillar and highlight it's important contributing factors.

LUCK factor : My believe is that, even if one is very talented, hard working, speaks the truth, articulates properly, is humble, and have all the great qualities, but still without luck all of this may not get him/her to the helm of success.

All the above pillars might sound very simple, but believe me if all the pillars do not move in conjunction then the process of achieving a "Successful Career" is bound to get disturbed.

The word 'success' might have different meanings for different people, but for me, it's all about adding value to others. It's not just about playing with numbers or competing with others. 'Success' can be viewed in two ways: absolute or relative. Relative success means comparing your situation to that of someone else. Absolute success, on the other hand, means measuring your success against your own goals and standards.

Cheers for a 'Successful Career & Life'!!!
